Participation Fee Payment
Milton High School uses Square to collect team participation fees.
Please click on the payment button that applies to your athlete(s) to submit payment for the 2025 season. Payment is due on or before February 3, 2025.
Participation fees for girls and boys teams will now include pre-game meals (home/away for girls; away for boys) All tickets for this year’s games will need to be purchased on the day of the game via GoFan.
Junior Varsity Boys - $385

Varsity Girls - $485
A 3% fee will be added for credit card transactions.
Fees include additional required pre-season fitness sessions and a banquet ticket for each player. Fees also cover items such as coaching salaries, uniforms, pre-game meals, equipment (balls, goals, nets, pinnies, etc), stadium maintenance, school administrative costs, transportation, team-building activities and more.
If there is more than one player per family, fees are discounted for the 2nd player by $40.
