BOOSTER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Booster Club appreciates your consideration of the opportunities set forth below. All Booster positions are a team effort and fully supported by the Board, but we are seeking dedicated ownership in the following areas:
CO-PRESIDENTS (1 BOY REP/1 GIRL REP)
Primary liaison between coaches and parents responsible for managing budget and overall program operations.
Responsible for daily management of budget (formation and maintenance), reporting and tax considerations (IRS). Position requires accounting and/or bookkeeping background. Can be exempt from general booster activities. Current platform: WaveApps.
Responsible for updates on MHS Soccer website (Wix platform), graphics for use on social media and other channels. This is a great position for a working parent! CONCESSIONS COORDINATOR Responsible for procuring and stocking inventory for concession sales, volunteer management (SignUp Genius), and maintenance, and clean-up of concession area and supplies.
Responsible for inventory of current spirit wear items, fulfillment of low stock, working with apparel vendors, advising on pricing, and displays at events, including games, Board events, and player special events.
Responsible for tracking incoming fundraising dollars, working with partners on fulfilling promotional obligations, seeking out new opportunities, and tracking player fundraising efforts.
SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR
Responsible for committee supervision of special events such as Senior Night, Youth Night, and End of the Season Banquet.
TEAM PARENTS BY TEAM (4 NEEDED)
Responsible for arranging meals for pre-game meals before home games; any team building events and periodic team-specific communications to players, parents and coaches.
